Arcadia Hotel - Odesa

Close to a beautiful beach, Arcadia. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of facilities nearby. The staff at the reception was helpful and efficient. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable. One specific situation that happened to a guest was that the cleaning service did not want to wait to clean a room later and stated that they would come back the next day if a service was missed.

The price is different than the first day. Add 40G for later nights if you want to have change your bead clothes and towels. They say they are only a 2. class hotel?? But this is a hotel and not a hostel! A woman as was the administrating this service the evening 27. July to 28. July steel from me 40G because for change the bead clothes and towels. I had a room for 2 and a double bead. Later she want 40G more the same night if I want all the sheets to be change. So the administrator woman is a monkey business girl and a bandit. Other nights was 40G for all bead clothes. I have some food anal problem and sleep on a towel and some come out when i sleep. I must pay 20G the 29. July to the 3. floor lady. She say she must wash the towel by hand of she. Tis is monkey business is this because all towels are go to be washed after i leave the hotel. Or not?

Very old hotel with terrible rooms, old sanitary facilities in the bathrooms and bad service. We are shocked.

Convenient location near entertainment and sea. Helpful staff. A/C in working order. Clean, comfortable attic room.

Very near Arkadia beac and disco 10 min waling) and very cheap!!!! sigle room was at 275 gryvnas!!! Good internet but not in the room, in the lobby of te floor but what else do u need? A little old style sovietik so for travellers who like modern and confort might not be ideal, but for young who cares about budget and want a nice bed and a good shower near Arkadya it is the perfect choice;) at the end , u only stay in otel to sleep, Odessa has so much to offer;)

This hotel is placed in a good area, close to Arcadia nightclubs and beaches. The rooms are exactly like on the photos, with a king size bed and breakfast included. The staff, especially the lady at the reception desk, was extremely helpful and nice!

The hotel's location on the main street provided easy access to both the beach and the city center by tram. the room and bathroom were clean and functional, with daily housekeeping service. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot porridge and pancakes. the staff was polite and attentive, making for an overall enjoyable stay.

The hotel's lack of slippers was disappointing and left our feet cold on the tile floor.

The rooms are exactly like on the photos, spacious and clean with 2 separate beds and even a small kitchen area. The staff is friendly and provides good service, ensuring that guests have everything they need. Additionally, the location is perfect, situated not far away from the sea and with adequate seating in the rooms, making it a comfortable stay. It's also worth mentioning that breakfast is included, adding even more value to the overall experience.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to the beach and provided an Uber stop spot for easy transportation. The staff was kind and helped us with checking in quickly. we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with excellent pancakes. There was also a large store and pharmacy nearby.

Spent Xmas here, loved the festive vibe and low rates. The big, quiet rooms are a deal as well as the secure parking and each room having A/C. The location is amazing - close to the beach and lots of entertainment options.

Breakfast was limited and uninspiring day after day. The lift queues during peak periods were frustrating.
